English Grammar in Dangerous Hands #3

Whenever I see these kind of T-shirts I can't help myself.  A laugh or a chuckle is always worth five or six bucks.

Huh?  What mean?

If you see me wearing this shirt - slow down!

The saying starts well enough but the meaning loses me somewhere along the way.

 Not sure if this is supposed to be a surfing or snowboarding shirt - never saw a mountain with palm trees before - either way it sounds a bit unnaturallu. 

The top part is obviously taken from some rap song, talking about putting bodies in the morgue with toe tags, but the message at the bottom ends on a surprisingly positive note.  Someone obviously put a lot of thought into this one.

A less civilized mind may see this sign in one of the subway stations in Osaka and read it from the gutter - I however think of nothing but donuts...  delicious, vagina-flavored donuts.
